Good Morning Everyone! A beautiful new day is dawning.  The sky over the orchard is beginning to light up with shades of yellow as the sun reaches to crest the hills. Sprinklers have been running 24-7 to keep the grass and flowers alive. I think they need  a little bit of the rain ya’ll have been getting down South. We all need a little tender loving care.  Sometimes we give so much of ourselves that it feels we have nothing left to give. You have to take the time to take care of yourself, especially if you are a caregiver or parent. You are a vital part of your family and must take care of your own health and sanity to be able to give your very best. Take a break, rest,relax and just do you for whatever time you have. God put you where you are for a reason.  You give the best of yourself to everyone,  so do the same for yourself.  Be loving, gentle and kind to the person in the mirror.  You are worth it.
