A long day draws to a close. It was a good day. I went to Joann’s Fabric in search of a complimentary color to finish my quilt. My trip was not successful, but provide a nice outing. A friend told me about a peony farm about a mile from my house. It was absolutely beautiful. There were all colors, sizes and it smelled heavenly. The owner takes you on a tour of the gardens and your brain is filled with everything you ever wanted to know about peonies. It was informative, beautiful and a wonderful afternoon. The best part was that everyone gets to take home a bouquet of flowers free. The owner even invited me back next week for a new bouquet. God’s people are amazing. Say your prayers and be grateful.
