Good Morning Everyone! A beautiful new day is underway.  I love to sleep in on my days off, but sometimes feel that I am wasting the gift of a new day. I know that it is a throwback from growing up with parents that farmed. Daylight is wasting my Daddy would say. We have to take care of ourselves and be gentle and kind to the person in the mirror.
